auto kiosk and not bad for boba. Definitely B- in taste of all the boba shop I've visited. Its conveniently located in the bbq plaza. when I come here at night, it seems to be very packed so. give it a shot.

The shop is very cute. They have mural all around. I love how the pancake maker is at the window and they were happy to show when the pancakes are made. Boba is very nice and well cooked. I reduced the sugar level to 30% which still feels sweet but overall, the tea was very good. One of the best I’ve had in LA.

I love your teas but service is not i would give -1 star if i could. I called them and ask them nicely is that possible to add on pancake for my delivery order I’ll pay extra but the girl that picked up the phone just say it’s impossible without telling me why? Is this how they speak with customer that pay for the service? So rude

Yifang is a great spot for more authentic boba drinks. Their boba is fresh and perfectly crafted, and their drinks are great! My personal favorite is the Brown Sugar Oolong Tea Latte or the Matcha Latte, but most of the friends I go with prefer the Fruit Teas (which are also super tasty). I can't say much about the food since I have never tried the pancake but the menu is well laid out and everything looks superb.

4.5. Awesome spot. Good parking. Other restaurants in the same location. I got the mango pomel sago slush. Legit.

If you’re looking for delivery of pure essence and nature in every sip, follow me! I picked: 1. Mango sago x2 because I like it! The grapefruit pulps are so good!! 2. Egg pancake

Came here after having dinner next to gopchang restaurant next door. The place was crowded for Friday night, so we decided to do take out. I ordered their waffle cake, and they are delish!! I wasn't expecting their texture to be chewy with a hint of milky flavor and sweet. Pretty much like Hongkong waffle, haha. They have several places around LA. Good spot to grab quick desserts after dining in the same Plaza!

Wintermelon latte w pearl (no ice): This drink can't have sugar level adjusted but despite that it wasn't too sweet. There's that nice wintermelon flavor and the milk isn't too milky. The boba is absolute garbage though; it's too small and hard and barely has any flavor. Yifang fruit tea (half ice 30% sugar): At 30% sugar this is perfect. Do not ever get 100% (I've tried it before without anybody warning me and it was mad nasty). At 30% it's perfectly sweet. There are candied pineapple bits in the bottom and passion fruit seeds which adds texture so there's no need to add the nasty boba. The apple and orange pieces are great when youre finished with the drink. The drink itself tastes fruity and refreshing but isn't worth the money imo.
